OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE INFORMATION – WWW

In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016) – hereinafter “GDPR” please be informed that:

The data are processed on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letter “a” of GDPR for contact purposes, to conduct marketing activities and to sell products and services, on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letter “b”, “c” in order to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract and in order to comply with the legal obligation of the administrator as well as pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, letter “f” in relation to the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator which is the enforcement of claims;

Your personal data may be made available to other recipients or categories of recipients, where appropriate and on the basis of the relevant provisions of the law, contracts of entrustment or the relevant authorisations;

In connection with the marketing activities, the sale of products and services as well as for contact purposes, your personal data will be processed until you tell us to stop. However, in connection with the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take action at the request of the data subject, before the conclusion of the contract, as well as the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, which is the enforcement of claims, your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing resulting from the applicable provisions of law.

You have the right to request from the administrator the access to personal data, the right to the rectification, erasure or processing restrictions, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to revoke consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent prior to its revocation;

You have the right to make a complaint regarding the processing of data to the Personal Data Protection Officer;

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however necessary in order to achieve the purposes of the processing indicated under item 3;

Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making by the administrator of personal data in this profiling.
